Virtual Real Estate
Merca City is a persistent world where players can fully own their assets, build and upgrade them, team up, form factions and alliances, raiding parties, and even full blown armies. Estates are their primary holdings in Merca City. Adjacent Estates may be joined to form larger areas.
There is no difference between the Estates, except for their location and, over time, what players decide to do with them. Settlers can build whatever they wish in their Estates, as far as the size allows.
